The service at your place of business was excellent. Laurianne explained everything about the windows, the process of installation, and provided an accurate date of installation. Then your crew headed by you, Scot and your son Scott Jr. did an excellent job removing the old windows and hauling them away as well as an outstanding job installing the new windows in a matter of a few hours. When your crew left the job site, it was left neat and clean, and one could never tell that new windows were installed that day. It has been our pleasure doing business with you, a family business, located right here in Lewiston. We will be pleased to highly recommend you to anyone seeking recommendation.

As most would know a Bay/Bow window can be expensive to replace, instead of trying to sell me right away a new one, he recommended taking measurements of the current windows (4 sections) and have windows made to size (no extra charge). I was very impressed and signed a contract that day. The windows were ordered that following Tuesday and were in within the week, The day came for install (6 windows) and he was there with his older son and they had all the windows installed and the mess (swept sawdust from the grass) cleaned up in 2 hours. I would highly recommend Scott for any job-he is very courteous and professional.

Not only were they right on time – within 4 1/2 hours – windows were installed, sealed, trimmed on the inside – all scraps were cleaned up & taken away. I can’t say enough about the wonderful job they did. I am enjoying them sooo much. I have dealt with L&S on two separate occasions (one for 11 windows) and (one for 2 garage doors) Both times have been a great experience. Laurianne is the best, has great customer service, goes above & beyond to make estimates or installs convenient for customers. Scot & Scott have got to be two of the most efficient – clean – quick – working workers I know. (When they sweep the grass of shavings, I think that’s CLEAN) wish they would stay to clean the windows (all the time) Keep up the great work!
